LI: to explore the language features of a persuasive text.
This term of learning , The classroom was teached about something called ‘Persuasive Writing’. In order help us get set up for the schools speech competition later on for this learning session. Persuasive writing is used to make others think the same and alongside with them to agree with you as in your speech. Yesterday was about looking deeply at the language features used in a persuasive text. I’ve chosen to share the persuasive language feature of Repetition. I think authors use this language feature to make others feel the same or to agree with the person speaking.
