For this Summer Learning Journey, I have structured on how to draw a spiderweb on a piece of paper using a marker to structure both webs at the same time. With the use of drawing the web; I have learnt that spiderwebs aren’t just any type of trap, they pose to be a work of art made by those little insects. While people not only pronounce their webs as traps and art, spiders are said to be experts at structuring their work of art using their webs and talent despite them being so little you could step on it.
I found this activity really enjoyable because I get to learn new facts about spiderwebs whilst also structuring my own on a piece of paper.

Kamusta Beniz!
It is wonderful to see another creative post from you for the Summer Learning Journey. Your “Art in the Web” activity shows both your artistic talent and your thoughtful reflections on nature.
I really enjoyed reading your perspective on spiders:
I love how you described spiders as “experts at structuring their work of art,” even though they are so small.
Your idea that a web is not just a trap but a beautiful structure is very insightful.
Your marker drawings are very clear; you can really see the different patterns in the two types of webs you drew.
Since you are a Library Leader who enjoys art and video games, you might find it interesting that many game designers use the complex geometry of spiderwebs as inspiration for level designs!
You mentioned that you learned new facts while structuring your own webs on paper. What was the most surprising fact you discovered about how spiders build their “works of art”?
Keep up the fantastic blogging, Beniz!

Kamusta, Mrs. Zana!
Thank you once again for commenting on my blog! And yes, I do find it interesting that a various amount of game designers use an inspiration of spiderwebs for level designs! As for your question; the most surprising fact I have once learnt about the spiders was that they could not only trap others with their webs, it could also represent their works of art! Have a great time, Mrs. Zana!
Yours truly,
Beniz
