All of the triangle angles are all added up to 180 degrees no matter what type of triangle they are. All of them has to always be the same number/degrees when you add them up altogether inside the triangle. More explanation and examples are on the image.
I found this activity confusing but educating at the same time because I am explaining what the angles are of a triangle and learning more about it.
The other day it was the Samoan language week. Our teacher showed us a video of a person creating a samoan tatau to the other persons back. After the video our teacher showed us, everyone made Samoan design patterns on either a flower or a hand.
I found this activity very interesting and fun because i made a samoa design and learnt more about samoa.
Addition algorithm is the opposite of Subtraction algorithm since addition is adding up the numbers and subtraction is taking away the numbers away, Which makes addition the opposite of subtraction. I explained more of how addition algorithm works, please check it out.
I found this activity education because I’m explaining/teaching how addition algorithm works in my DLO.
We first start off by making a DLO for our maths and putting it in the Google slides. I did Subtraction algorithm which is the opposite of addition , and explained how it worked and solved in my DLO and it is pretty easy to solve, just ignore of how high the number is and calculate what the answer is. The explanation is right ontop of this text.
I found this activity educating because I am explaining how Subtraction algorithm works.
First off in the lesson we do the Maths strands which is different from the Maths we usually do. But first, the lesson starts off with our teacher showing us a video of 3D and 2D shapes which also includes their names. Once after the video is done we pressed a link leading us to 3D and 2D shapes images also shows us to answer on how many edges and corners they have. And including naming the all the shapes in our Maths (strand) book. After we’ve all done that, we do a DLO called “The name and properties of 3D shapes” if you don’t get what were supposed to do in the DLO, we first need to pick 6 3D shapes to put in the DLO. After finishing on picking the 6 3D shapes we name all the shapes we pick that is used in everyday life. The DLO is on top of this text.
I found this activity pretty cool and interesting because we did some drawing in our Maths (strand) book, about 3D shapes and 2D shapes and their corners, edges, and lastly names.
The other day in tuesday at the EUT millenium, after were all done swimming we ate our wraps or burritos served as our lunch with healthy ingredients in it as it has Grains, Protein, Vegetables and lastly dairy. Portion sizes and nutrition is also explained on top of this text.
I found this activity yummy and interesting because the warps were very delicious and good as I learnt how important Portion sizes and nutrition are.
The other day in tuesday every person in LS2 went to the EUT millennium and seperated into 4 different groups. So that means the first activites might be different for the other groups, and since I was in group 2 the first activity was swimming as we all require the lifejackets to stay safe in the water just in case. The explanation on how to be safe in the water is right on top of this text.
I found this activity fun and very interesting since I learnt how to stay safe in the water.
The howick historical village was very interesting to me since because I learnt more about the ancient past. But other than that we had 2 or 3 teachers as our touring guide to guide us to other places from the ancient past as I found them interesting but aside from that other explanations are in the image on top of this text.
I found this activity Interesting because I got to learn some interesting stuff from the past.
The lesson starts with noun, verbs, and compound sentences and as well did some sentences with those types of sentence structure. But first had to make some sentences with the whiteboard using 2 nouns, 2 verbs to make it into a sentence altogether making it a compound sentence. And later on when you finish, you begin with your pair and make a DLO together explaining what a compound sentence is, as the other explanations are inside the image on top of this text.
